I want you to understand how and why Melt Body and Skin operates the way it does so that I can take care of all your beauty needs in the most professional way possible.

Late Policy

I totally understand getting stuck behind a hay wagon or a school bus and I know that parking in Chatham can be challenging. If you are late I will do my best to fit in your entire appointment as long as it doesn’t cause me to run late for the next client. However, if I must shorten the appointment, you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. I want you to relax and not feel stressed or rushed. Have a cup of tea. Read a magazine. Drink some water. Did you know that removing stress for 1 hour could provide you with tons of anti-aging and skin healing benefits? So, let's not start stressed because you're running late.

Cancellation Policy

I ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring my 24-hour cancellation policy. This allows time for me to fill the spot you reserved. If you cancel without the proper notice, show up so late that we can't begin, or no show I will charge you $50. I'll email you an invoice and it must be paid before you book any future appointments. Now, I'm not a stickler; if you’ve been a long time customer I can usually give you a one time pass.

And if you are sick-please cancel asap.

No Show Policy

If you decided not to show you better text or email and let me know that you are ok... because when someone doesn’t show up for their skincare appointment I just assume something really bad has happened. I know how serious you are about looking and feeling beautiful! Please don’t no show... it really stinks.
